My new apartment was on the 7th floor with no elevator. But thankfully, not only did this company’s moving crew take everything up without a single complaint, but they also managed to not ding the walls or doors. In case I ever move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them!

We booked a recent move from Illinois to Florida through a broker. Unlimited Moving and Storage was the moving company that was booked by the broker to pack, move and deliver our move to Florida. The three-man crew that showed up to pack and load our furniture was excellent. They very expertly wrapped, and protected our items before loading and moving them to their warehouse until we were ready to receive them in Florida. While in transit, Ezra, the customer service and dispatch manager for Unlimited, was always available to answer my calls and questions, to help facilitate delivery in Florida. He was the most helpful CS manager I have dealt with in this whole moving process. And upon delivery today, Eugene, the driver, was extremely efficient when unloading and unwrapping the furniture so quickly carefully. Everything was delivered in the same condition as when it was picked up. I would highly recommend Unlimited Moving and Storage to anyone needing top notch moving services. However, I recommend booking them directly rather than through a broker.

Be warned: Ashley Fletcher was my contact person, and though she sounds like a kind professional woman, she’s a snake with a sweet voice who claimed to represent an upfront, honest, Christian company who does not farm out work. Lies and no return calls after a disaster moving from CA to MI. The truck that showed up in MI was one guy with a UHaul who hired a local guy from Craig’s list! The hired hand showed up at the property, and there was nothing we could do if we wanted our stuff. Boxes were lost and furniture was damaged. They claimed not to be Brokers, but who they are. The guy who showed up bought our contract. He refused to get unlimited on phone and Unlimited would not pick up our call. There’s a reason the way they collect funds. They also jacked up the price substantially after the sq ft quote when arriving in CA. They did not do estimate in person but over the phone, and their coordinator Carrie also convinced us everything was fine and above board. If you’re moving out of state, spend the extra money on a well-known, well-reviewed company if you value your property. Suing and getting some reimbursement is impossible. We went with mid-level quote company, and I was fooled by very well trained con women. I also couldn’t find bad reviews. They will hold your property hostage. They will lose and damage your property as they store it waiting to mate loads on trip. I will check periodically to see my review stays.
