Nic and Artem were the movers who took care of my belongings, and I can’t say enough great things about them. They were not only incredibly efficient and detail-oriented, but also so kind, friendly, and respectful throughout the process.

I’m leaving a 4.5 star review for one reason, the company expected 3 men to move our 4 bedroom home in one day. The supervisor expected the movers to work until the move was completed, this was unreasonable. I finally had to request the movers call their supervisor and return the following day, they spent another 6 hours completing the move the next day.

On a happy note the workers were absolutely amazing! The man that was responsible for the job was Mara, he was professional, courteous and extremely hard working. His coworkers Becks, Daniel and Lee were all very hard workers. These men made our experience beyond pleasant. They deserve raises and recognition for all they did to make this move possible. I truly hope their boss realizes how lucky the company is to have these men as employees!

WARNING –DO NOT HIRE. EVERY box in my move with Loadrans was damaged. I purchased entirely new boxes and bins for my move. The mover showed up to deliver without the stated 24 hours notice, changed the time numerous times, and only 1 mover showed up. Every box was bent, broken with items falling out. Having moved over 15 times, this was the worst thing I had ever seen from a moving company. Numerous damaged, destroyed items, and items belonging to grandparents and my great parents that I can never replace. I have called many times to customer service, text the dispatched and emailed with no response. One of the most unprofessional businesses that is truly negligible in providing safe and secure transport for your belongings. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
